1. Introduction / Purpose

This Pricing Policy explains how prices, payments, discounts, and refunds apply when you use Eiffels AI, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product provided by Vega Business Intelligence Oy (“Vega BI Oy”). It forms part of the Terms of Use and should be read together with the Privacy Policy. All prices are in euros (EUR) and exclude VAT (ALV) unless stated otherwise.

2. Pricing Structure

2.1 Subscription Plan

Monthly Subscription: €99 per month
Includes full feature access for one active project
One license may be used for one project only

2.2 One-Time Project License

€699 per project (one-time payment)
Includes all Eiffels AI features for the project's duration
Licenses are non-transferable and non-refundable once activated

2.3 Enterprise and Custom Plans

Custom pricing may apply for large organizations or integration projects. Terms will be set out in a separate agreement.

3. Token Usage and Add-Ons

Eiffels AI may use AI tokens or credit units for certain AI functions
Token packages can be purchased separately via the Eiffels AI Store or website
Token pricing and volume may change without prior notice
Unused tokens remain valid for at least six months from purchase unless stated otherwise

4. Discounts and Promo Codes

Vega BI Oy may offer temporary discounts or promo codes
Promotions are time-limited and can be withdrawn or modified anytime
Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly allowed

5. Payment Methods

Payments are processed via trusted third-party providers (e.g. Stripe)
By paying, you agree to their Terms of Service and privacy policies
Vega BI Oy is not liable for errors or outages caused by external payment systems

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are not guaranteed and reviewed case-by-case
Refunds may be granted only if a technical failure caused by Vega BI Oy renders the Service unusable
Using the Service after purchase constitutes service delivery start and may limit refund rights under EU law
For B2B customers, all payments are final unless required by law

7. Taxes and Fees

All prices exclude VAT (ALV) and other taxes
VAT is added at checkout when required by law
Any bank or transaction fees are borne by the customer

8. Changes to Prices

Vega BI Oy may revise prices, plans, or token rates at any time
Active subscriptions will be notified at least 14 days before change date
Continued use after that date means acceptance of new pricing

9. Disclaimer

Eiffels AI is provided "as is." We aim for reliable performance but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation of third-party payment services or integrations.

11. Governing Law

This Policy and any pricing or payment disputes are governed by the laws of Finland. For business users, exclusive jurisdiction lies with the Helsinki District Court. For consumers, mandatory rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive apply.
