Eiffels AI is the product of Vega Business Intelligence Oy, a Finnish company founded to build AI infrastructure for the businesses that run on human communication — construction sites, factory floors, dealer networks, customer-success teams.
Igor Ivanov leads the company as CEO, with a team that has shipped enterprise software at OEMs, Tier-1 SaaS vendors and operations consultancies across Europe and MENA. We started Eiffels because we saw the same gap everywhere we worked: enterprises invest millions in CRM, SAP and BI — yet the most important operational signals still live in WhatsApp threads, voice notes and field photos.
