The process

Three steps between
first call and rollout

Kickoff to production readiness runs about a month for most deployments — longer where the integration or the compliance review is heavier. The three steps below are what happens before that.

  1. 30 minutes

    A live demo, on your data

    The scenario closest to your week — a real WhatsApp group and one of your enterprise systems, live in front of you. Nothing needs connecting first: it runs on a sandbox tenant, and your own data can be used anonymised, under NDA.

    • 15 min the scenario you picked, running live

  2. 2–3 sessions

    Scoping — the details get settled

    Focused sessions with the people who will actually use it: we map the workflows, the reporting your managers owe upwards, the channels the field already uses and the systems on the other side. Your security team is welcome in a parallel walkthrough.

    • Workflow map, user roles and escalation rules
    • Your ERP, CRM, CMS or BI stack, and how records land in it
    • A tenant-specific ROI model, built on your numbers
    • A written pilot scope, and the plan or quote that follows it

  3. 2–6 weeks

    The pilot, then the deal

    A pilot on one workflow, measured against the KPIs agreed in scoping — no commitment until both sides are happy with the plan. The pilot runs on a fixed fee rather than a running meter, and the figure comes with the scope, once both sides know what is being built.

Before the first call

Do you need access to our systems for the demo?
No. The demo runs on a sandbox tenant. We can use anonymised samples of your data on request, under NDA.
What happens after the demo?
We share a tenant-specific ROI model and a two- to six-week pilot scope. There is no commitment until both sides are happy with the plan.
Can we bring our security team?
Yes. We typically run a parallel security walkthrough covering hosting, encryption, GDPR, audit and the data processing agreement.
Do you take in-person meetings?
Yes. Helsinki and Dublin are our default meeting locations. For enterprise pilots or procurement reviews we can travel on request.
How long does setup take once we sign?
Most deployments move from kickoff to production readiness in about one month. Larger integrations or a longer compliance review can add one to two weeks.
Where does our data sit?
EU data residency by default, hosted on Microsoft Azure with GDPR-aligned controls, role-based access and full audit trails.
